Accounting Export

The Accounting Exports page enables users to export financial reports for various activities across the platform. This page consolidates accounting data for the Overview, YouTube MCN, Music Distribution, Rights Administration, and YouTube OAC sections, providing detailed transaction history and exportable invoices.

Using the Accounting Exports Page

  • Date Range Selection: Users can choose a custom date range for viewing or exporting reports.
  • Export Options: Reports can be exported directly or invoices can be generated for detailed financial transactions.
  • Search and Filter: Users can filter reports by username, transaction IDs, and more to find specific data.

1. Overview

The Overview Report displays key financial statistics for the selected period, allowing users to export or view invoices.

Fields

  • Username: The user whose account is linked to the financial record.
  • Provider: The provider related to the financial report.
  • Total Amount Imported in Report: The total financial value imported into the system for the user.
  • Initial Period Balance: The starting balance for the user at the beginning of the reporting period.
  • Ending Period Balance: The user’s balance at the end of the reporting period.
  • Payout Amount: The total payout amount processed for the user.
  • Payout Transfer Date: The date the payout was transferred to the user.
  • Payout Transaction ID(s): Unique transaction IDs associated with the payout.

2. YouTube MCN

The YouTube MCN Reports page displays detailed financial records related to YouTube Multi-Channel Network (MCN) activities. Users can export reports and view invoice details for each user.

Fields

  • Username: The user involved in the MCN activity.
  • Provider: Provider related to the MCN activity.
  • Initial Period Balance: Starting balance for the reporting period.
  • Ending Period Balance: Balance at the end of the period.
  • Payout Amount: Total payout amount for the user.
  • Payout Transfer Date: Date of payout transfer.
  • Payout Transaction ID(s): Transaction IDs for tracking payouts.
  • Currency: The currency of the payout.
  • Full Name/Business Name: Full name or business name associated with the user.
  • National ID/Business ID: National or business ID for the user or entity.
  • Country: The country related to the payout.
  • Address: The address associated with the user/business.

3. Music Distribution

The Music Distribution Reports page focuses on financial data for music distribution activities.

Fields

  • Username ID: Unique identifier for the user.
  • Report Timestamps: Shows the timestamps for report generation and relevant transactions.

4. Rights Administration

The Rights Administration Reports page tracks and manages financial data for rights administration activities.

Fields

  • Username: The user involved in rights administration.
  • Report Import Date: Date when the financial report was imported.
  • Report Amount (Before Commission): Total amount before commission fees.
  • Report Amount (After Commission): Total amount after commission fees are deducted.
  • Initial Balance: User’s initial balance at the beginning of the period.
  • Ending Balance: Balance at the end of the period.
  • Payout Amount: Total amount of payouts processed for the user.
  • Payout Date: Date when the payout occurred.
  • Transfer Date: Date the payment transfer was completed.
  • Transaction ID(s): Transaction IDs for reference.
  • Currency: The currency used for the transaction.
  • Full Name/Business Name: Full name or business name of the user.
  • National ID/Business ID: National ID or Business ID associated with the user.
  • Country: Country related to the payout.
  • Address: Address associated with the user/business.

5. YouTube OAC

The YouTube OAC Reports (OAC) admins are directed to Stripe for transaction details and receipts.
