Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard serves as a central hub for managing and monitoring various platform activities. It includes five main sub-pages, each providing specific data and statistics essential for platform administration.

1. Overview

The Overview page aggregates key performance indicators across the platform, providing a snapshot of overall activity and health.

Statistics

  • Total Active Users: The total number of users currently active on the platform.
  • Total Channels: The total number of channels managed through the platform.
  • Total Music Distributed: Cumulative count of all music distribution activities.
  • Total Labels: Total record labels associated with the platform.
  • Total OAC Active Channels: The number of active channels under the YouTube Official Artist Channel program.
  • Total Channel Collaborations: The count of collaborations across different channels.

Earnings and Payouts

  • Graph of Earnings: Visual representation of earnings over time.
  • Total Payout: The total payout amount to all beneficiaries.
  • Total Claimed Payout: The amount of payouts that have been claimed by users.
  • Total Unclaimed Payout: The amount of payouts not yet claimed.
  • Total Amounts Imported: Total financial amounts imported into the system for record-keeping.

2. Music Distribution

This page provides detailed statistics related to music distribution managed through the platform.

Statistics

  • Total Releases: The number of music releases distributed.
  • Delivered Releases: Releases that have been successfully distributed.
  • Total Artists: Total artists involved with the platform.
  • Total Labels: Number of labels distributing music through the platform.
  • Total Tracks: Total music tracks distributed.
  • Approved Tracks: Tracks that have passed quality control and approval processes.

Payout Statistics

  • Graph of Payouts: Graphical analysis of payout data related to music distribution.

3. YouTube MCN (Multi-Channel Network)

This page focuses on the management and oversight of YouTube MCN-related activities.

Statistics

  • Total Channel: Total number of channels under the MCN.
  • Total Approved Channel: Channels that have met the criteria and are approved.

Payout Statistics

  • Includes detailed payout data and graphical representations.

4. YouTube OAC (Official Artist Channels)

Tracks and manages statistics for YouTube Official Artist Channels.

Statistics

  • Total Channel: Number of total channels.
  • Pending Channels: Channels waiting for approval or processing.
  • Payment Pending Channels: Channels with pending payments.
  • Cancelled Channels: Channels that have been cancelled.
  • Active Channels: Currently active channels.
  • Payment Error Channels: Channels experiencing payment errors.
  • Total Earnings: Total earnings accumulated from these channels (coming from stripe).

5. Rights Administration

Manages and reports on copyright and rights administration activities.

Statistics

  • Total Entities: Total entities managed for rights purposes.
  • Approved Entities: Entities that have been approved.
  • Total Releases: Number of releases managed for rights.
  • Approved Releases: Releases that have been approved for rights administration.

Payout Statistics

  • Detailed reports and graphs on payouts related to rights management.
